Personalized legal counsel for families and business owners across Michigan. Every matter handled directly, by Corey.
Corey came to law with twenty years of real-world experience behind him. He's a husband and father to a young daughter in Northville, and he built this practice on a straightforward belief: good legal counsel shouldn't be something only wealthy families can afford.
Before law, Corey served as CTO of a multi-million dollar healthcare company in southeastern Michigan, managing operations, technology, and budgets while learning business strategy directly from his father, a respected entrepreneur. That background shapes how he works with business clients today. He's been inside a growing company. He understands the decisions you're actually facing.
Corey also built his career at The Modest Foundation, a Detroit nonprofit named after his grandmother and dedicated to building healthy communities. He started as a volunteer, cleaning up houses and connecting families with resources. He eventually became Executive Director. The foundation earned the Spirit of Detroit Award and partnered with the Calvin Peete Golf Tournament as a fiduciary, funding scholarships for Detroit youth. He holds a degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University.
